As a multi-disciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Architects we have dealt with all aspects of the Residential building process including:
- Stock condition surveys - survey, report and database preparation
- Refurbishment and Improvement - full Architecture, Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying services for ‘Purchase and Repair’, ‘Acquisition and Works’ and ‘Disabled Conversion’ schemes
- ‘Design and Build’ - initial project design, planning applications, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services
- Party Walls - services required under ‘The Party Wall etc Act 1996’
- Health and Safety - Planning Supervisor services under the CDM Regulations 2007
